I have been calling on Michael for all of my computer and technology services for a long time since my parents recommended him. They have been using him for their business computers for many years and are always pleased with how quick and efficient he is. Anytime I have an issue he calls me back right away and will provide service within a reasonable time. His service is quick, efficient and prices are fair. He also installed my Ring doorbell which recently caught a thief. I have always been very satisfied with his work and follow-up.

I cannot articulate how professional, responsible and responsive they are. It doesnt really matter what kind of technical issues you have as they always come up with a solution. Helped me with fixing my tower PC. Motherboard was fried, and cpu was damaged. Repair took less than 2 days, and pickup was very easy. Faced some problems at home, and Micheal offered to pick it up from my house, repaired the issues, then dropped it off! Awesome :D

I do not usually write online reviews, however this one deserves a 5 Star!!What an outstanding experience I had with Michael and his team. I called Michael and explained my issues that I was having with my old MacBook Air. One hour later, I met him. After his thorough diagnoses, he told me that it would not be worth to get my old MacBook be repaired as it could be costly and it was time for me to invest in a new laptop.He made some recommendations about some brands and their specs that would suit me the most on the spot. Same day, I got myself the recommended laptop, dropped off to Michael. He did a full set up and installation by cloning all of my files, docs and photos from my MacBook into the new laptop as well as setting up an anti-virus systems, cloud service and MS Office systems onto my new laptop.He was fast, knowledgeable, very responsive and reasonable in price. The next day evening, I have picked up my laptop from him and had everything up and running smoothly. I learned more from Michael about my systems in a couple of hours than I ever did.
